Diligentia · Demand-responsive transport · In development
Your district's demand-responsive transport, on one platform.
Diligentia runs a demand-responsive transport service from end to end: passengers book a seat from their phone or the web, the operator groups and assigns trips, and the driver follows them in their app. The service carries the district's or town council's branding.
For whoever organises transport in rural areas.
District councils, town councils and operators that need to connect small villages with the health centre, the market or the station.
A service with your branding
The app and website carry the service's name, logo and colours. Diligentia only appears as a technology credit.

Demand-responsive transport
A public service people can actually use.
The starting pointIn many villages, demand-responsive transport runs on phone calls and spreadsheets: bookings get lost, trips aren't grouped and nobody knows how many people use it.

Yes, from the dashboard and with no development: municipalities, stops, routes, timetables and calendars are configuration.
It is designed for rural areas: simple screens and apps that store changes when the connection drops and send them when it returns.
Each service decides. By default payment is on board; card payment is switched on or off from the dashboard.
It is handed over in full in open formats and then deleted.
