Data and purpose

We process the name, email address and project information that the person concerned provides voluntarily. Minimal technical data may also be processed to protect the form against abuse.

We use this data to answer the enquiry, assess the proposed project and keep the contact channel secure.

Cookie-free audience measurement

To understand how the website is used, we use Anonymetrics, Monolit Digital's own analytics tool, which works without cookies and without identifying visitors: no identifiers are stored on your device and no individual profile is built. For this reason, no prior consent is required and no cookie banner is shown.

Legal basis

Handling the enquiry is based on the request of the person concerned and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps. Protecting the form and preventing abuse rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service.

Providers and recipients

The form uses Cloudflare infrastructure to process the request and Resend to deliver the email. These providers act as technical processors in providing the service. We do not sell or share the data for advertising purposes.

Retention

We will keep the information for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, any resulting professional relationship. It may then be kept blocked for the periods needed to address any legal liabilities.

Rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@monolit.digital. If you believe the processing is not appropriate, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, Spain's data protection authority).

Automated decisions

We do not use the form data to make automated decisions or to build profiles.
